1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sera ("the Service"), operated by Dipity Digital ("Dipity", "we", "us") at sera.dipity.studio. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Sera on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to it.
2. The Service
Sera is a content platform that helps you create, edit, schedule, and publish marketing content, including AI-generated text, images, audio, and video, and provides analytics for your own properties. Features may change as the Service evolves; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly at morgan@dipity.digital if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 16 years old.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of usage credits consumed by content generation and media processing. Credits reset with your billing cycle and do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Unless agreed in writing, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may suspend workspaces with unpaid balances after reasonable notice. Pricing changes take effect at your next billing cycle, with prior notice.
5. Your content
You own the content you upload and the content the Service generates for you, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to the AI and media processing providers that power features you use, and publishing it to platforms you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload and for the content you choose to publish.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
- create or distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content, including impersonation;
- probe, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security or usage limits;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed with us in writing.
Connected platforms (such as social networks and Google) have their own rules; you are responsible for complying with them for content you publish there.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, media processing, and publishing. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to route around them. Your use of a connected third-party account is governed by that provider's own terms.
8. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, and we make no guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, original in all respects, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we will, on request, provide a reasonable opportunity to export your content before deletion.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dipity Digital is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dipity regarding the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced to active customers by email before taking effect.
12. SMS messaging program terms & conditions
Sera, operated by Dipity Digital, offers an optional SMS text-reminder program. You enroll only by entering your mobile number in your Sera account settings and checking the consent box; we never add you without your direct, express opt-in consent, and we do not obtain your number from, or share it with, any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
- Program and message types. The Sera program sends account-related, conversational reminders and interview prompts — for example, a notice that your weekly interview is ready, or a question in your text-based Discovery interview.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. It is typically low, about one message per week.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you re-enroll.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email morgan@dipity.digital for support.
- Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
